I've been humming the song for a couple of days "..chubby little cubby all stuffed with fluff"
Today, of course, is Pooh.
Body - 1.75 circle - thinned just a TINY bit by reinserting into same punch - like this:
It had to be "thinned" to fit in the shirt.
You have to admit this shirt is pretty genius, don't ya?
Arms - word window
Legs - wide heart in heart to heart
Ears - new circle punch (available May 1 in a punch pack)
Nose - standard hole punch
Soles of feet - piece of 1/2 inch circle punch
Draw on face, outline parts, sponge area around eyes - you need the shading for depth. I used Crushed Curry for Pooh, Real Red for shirt, More Mustard for soles of feet, Black for nose.
Here he is - floating with his balloons...
Another cute one! Thanks for your creativity.
ReplyDeleteYou did it again! TFS

He is absolutely adorable and I love that he looks like he is floating away with the balloons. I will definitely 'attempt' to reproduce him on my next baby card. You are the best, tks for sharing.
ReplyDeletemy 5 year old daughter is looking at the last few posts with me and she said, I thought they would make Piglet! We love Pooh and Eeyore. Seeing Pooh with the balloons reminds me of the Little Black Rain Cloud song he sings when he is trying to sneak up to the bee's honey stash in the big tree! "I'm just a little black rain cloud, hovering under the honey tree. I'm only a little black rain cloud, pay no attention to little me. Oh, everyone knows that a rain cloud never eat honey, no not a nip. I'm just floating around under the ground, wondering where I will drip." You've got to love Pooh Bear!
ReplyDeleteOop, I made an error in the lyrics, it's "floating around over the ground" I should read it before I push post, sorry!
ReplyDeleteOh good job Carrie! Now I have another song to sing ALL day.
ReplyDelete(grin)
Ellen, you're right...that shirt IS genius. You are, and will remain, the Queen of Punches.
ReplyDeleteAgreed! You ARE the Queen! :<)
ReplyDeleteI will definitely be using these wonderful characters!
