The golfer Santa looked so refined I just had to put him in a suit like the Santa in Miracle on 34th Street. Doesn't he look dapper?
His nose is smaller than the golfer - I used a standard hole punch on this one. I dropped the eyebrows and the clothes are made similar to Conan. (Talk show host Conan NOT Conan the Barbarian)
I got a chuckle out of this Santa. Very cute!
ReplyDeleteHave you ever made Christmas Pixies/Faeries?
I don't know that I have ever heard of Christmas Pixies - Elves and sugerplum fairies but not pixies. Give me an idea of what you mean and I'll see what I can do.
ReplyDeleteIsn't it amazing what one little change makes? I love this smaller nose and he certainly does look dapper this morning! :<)

Yes, he is a very dapper Santa. I bet he could even do some tap dancing. Can't wait to see what you come up with for fairies. I know you can do it though. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving, Clem.
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Hmmm I guess you could say Pixies are wee wingless faeries. They usually sport pointed ears and very tall, slightly tipped at the top, hats. Also their eyes are often almond shaped. :o)
ReplyDeleteOk - but sounds like an elf to me. Let me see what I can come up with.
ReplyDeleteI am so glad you are not asking us to pick a favorite, because this one is over the top (and I have loved every Santa you posted to date ...). WOW!! The original Miracle on 34th Street has to be my favorite holiday movie, and your replication blew me away!! :) You are AMAZING!!
ReplyDeleteHe is really cute. He reminds me of the Burl Ives snow man from Rudolph.
ReplyDeleteHello! I found your website via Pinterest and am just amazed at how you create that punch art! Beautiful!
