On my VC Rocks yahoo group that I love so much, this weeks challenge was to make a card with a decade theme so I chose the 1960s.
This character is what you get if you combined That Girl (Marlo Thomas) with Nancy Sinatra (these boots are made for walkin') Think 1966...my brother referred to me as the "nine year old teenager" - I was definitely watching these two entertainers.
I'm pretty sure this is the tiniest full body character I've tried - it was fun! I struggled longer on what else to put on the card than I did making the girl. We all have our strengths and "finishing touches" is not one of mine.

The big flowers were a great choice representing the '60s!
This is the cutest girl! :<)
Wishing you sunshine today!

LOVE IT! I came across your website and was amazed of all the punch art that you have designed. I am in the process of ordering little by little all the punches so that I can start making some.
Lori
Love the girl! I second Lori's comment... your punch art is amazing - so cute, not to mention so incredibly creative! You are an inspiration! Hope you don't mind if I CASE some of your ideas... (if I do, I promise to credit you as my source) What's that saying, "Copying is the best form of flattery"?? :)
Hey
How did you know I looked like this?

I had those flowers all over a trunk I took to college.
Didn't we love our flip hair-do's and headbands. Not so much the go go boots! Darling.
I just love her! And I had those big flowers on my walls in the 70's, too.
hugs,
I just love your punch art Ellen. I don't have a lot of punches but I did work with a few. I tweaked the boots and made her look more like a 70's chick. I want to thank you so much for sharing this fun talent. It's fun to play with.
Here is the link to the card I made today, sure would love for you to see it.
