Tina Gillespie used my firefighter on a very nice card. Check out the great job she did HERE to thank them for the great job they did with her childs' play group.
Do you know how much it THRILLS me when I see you gals actually using some of my ideas?
I have gotten some of the sweetest emails about how you are using punch art in hospitals and card ministries, etc., to brighten peoples days and making hurting folks smile. Thanks for letting me know.
BIG SMILES on my face.

I Spy - Buzz
I promised to send you all to "look see" when I spied someone using one of my punchies in some grand improved way. So I MUST send you to see my Buzz Lightyear on a card. Debbie Henderson fulfilled her granddaughter's wish by just using part of Buzz to get him to fit. She combined him with the cog punch (great idea) and altered his colors to fit her card. He looks GREAT. Check it out right HERE.
While you are there look around on the rest of her blog - she makes some really pretty things.

I Spy - Birds on a Branch
Promised if I "spied" someone taking my punch ideas to another level I'd clue you in and Lisa of You Make Me Ink took my birds on a branch (inspired by a t-shirt) and made it absolutely hysterical. You must go see what she made and the expression on the bird's face - just click HERE. I love her color choices and the details she used. What a fabulous card!
Fortunately for me, our four days of ice and snow are over - we had no school, rolling power outages and wrecks galore. Keep in mind that my husband was golfing in shorts for 3 of the 4 days prior to this storm and I saw people back out in shorts again yesterday as we began to thaw. We just aren't used to this or prepared for it.
But hey, it kept me home and at my craft desk more - I'll have some new stuff for you this week but for today - make sure you check out Lisa's birds.

I Spy - Taz
Thanks to the Internet, I can see all the way across the Atlantic Ocean where Emma Daye (in England) used Taz for a card for her nephew.
I won't tell you what she did because I don't want to spoil the surprise.
You NEED to check THIS out - it is very clever!
I had a fabulous weekend away with my stamper friends. I'm unpacking while I catch up on email - and I have PLENTY of new ideas to show you over the next couple of weeks.
In the meantime, I'll be working through the piles of laundry....

I Spy - Halloween kitty
I have decided to add a new "feature" to the Blink Blog. And we are going to call it "I Spy".
When I spy someone using one of my little characters or critters and it looks so fabulous that you NEED to see what they have done, or they have taken one of my punch projects to the next level, or just in general made me proud that I inspired them to punch their project.... I'm going to link to them so you can see it too.
I wish I had started this sooner because I have seen some fabulous projects but starting NOW is better than never showing you, right?
Our first I SPY is Vicki at It's a Stamp Thing with the cute cute treat bag she did with the black cat. Go check it out!
