Snowman in the Moon

An ornament from my tree is the inspiration for one of my gift tags for a swap.

All I have time for now.  Sorry, no clever chatter today.
And don't go muttering that the chatter isn't ever very clever - that is not nice.

I loved it. Did you use circle scissor plus for Santa? If yes, what is the measurement? TFS

Wow, that is perfect! I loved the UPS man too.... :)

Inside circle is about 2 1/2 inch. Moved the cutter over and make about a 3 inch circle. The center of the 3 inch should be on the edge of the first circle. Or if you have big circle punches you can use them. (SU doesn't sell the big ones)

I can snap some photos of the circle scissor method if you need them. Just let me know. Measurements are "about" because old eyes can't always see those tiny inch marker numbers on the circle scissor plus.

Oh, he is cute! What a great little snowman. I have such a problem with my circle scissors plus. I'm pretty sure it isn't the user, lol. I may have to try him, though, I just need that tag die, there you go enabling me again.

Hugs

The key to me liking my circle scissor plus was using plenty of Dotto to hold down my paper AND to stop cleaning it so well. (only thing I was really fanatical about cleaning)

Let it get seasoned (like a cast iron skillet) and you will like it better. I love mine now!!

Oh ellen,
I will be casing this idea (why this one should be different from any of your other creations...) LOL But I have a dear friend who collects Man In The Moon items. Her license plate is MITM.

I fell in love with this snowman the first day you posted him and came back to comment and see if I could figure out how to make him. I read all the comments, and now I'm more confused. LOL (I know you are NOT surprised, huh?). If you are going to snap pictures of the circle cutter method for anyone else, I'd like to see them too. I don't have that tool YET, but maybe I could figure out how to make him with another type of circle cutter I have. :)
